today is oh srry i mean ytd cause now is 12AM good morning people!!! today after class i went back to MSL to act as "tester" i saw a lot of new face and 3 familiar guys! there are belong in the "ancestor" category so they are MR. Ivan, MR.Desmond, Mr. Edmond. and they all came back to be acting as "tester". Ya! i am totally being said from top to bottom...let me elaborate okay first i was in the office;
mdmfaridah: ask me you come here for? me: for my CCA mdmfaridah: who tell you to come me: my Friend mdmfaridah: in school rules only teacher are aloud to give permission to student to go in you know? me: okay can! oh than is miss Dian mdmfaridah: serious? me: ya! mdmfaridah: okay than why just now you say ur Friend? me: no no no is miss Dian (Mrs lim take over) Mrs lim: you come here for? me: CCA. Mrs lim: who is the teacher who tell you to come? me: miss Dian mdmfaridah: dunno got blaf or not just now say Friend now say miss Dian me: nervous......
lol why every things change? i never heard of this rule before when i was still in school? than i process to hall and miss Dian put Edmond in the "backstage" group and me in "control room" group and i was being told by miss dian to scold them if they really dunno i was like OMG! why everytime i need to scold? i ws thinking like to me teaching is not about scolding to me my teaching stlye is pervert stlye cause i have notice when i teach them in the pervert way they will laugh and learn at the same time and they will like the lesson and will return. After their class they got topic to talk about, that is my main thing that i want to see for! and everything go smooth until the first junior come in and i ask him a question
me: what is feedback? junior: is the irritating sound me: what is that irritating sound? junior: dunno? me: how to make it? junior: dunno? me: okay call all to come in! i teach all over again
so all was inside i teach one by one and than benson called me

i went out he told me not to teach cause he want the sec 3 to gain experience in teaching junior, so i stand outside window and i listen to si min teaching.... okay she can teach but for me what she teach is very not int resting enough to grab the juniors attention. so i stop her and i continue to help si min to teach them as much as i can but benson tell me to stop again......
okay my way of teaching inside is some sort boring BUT i add in some words like vagina and penis for the wire for mic and i change my tune of talking to them. there was a part that i shouted to loud until the juniors and si min think that i am angry but i try my best to go back to my original tune.....and in the ed it works really as what i can see.... but a lot of people dose not agree with my method....its okay is the junior lose not me.....
so i stop, i went outside to teach the junior the correct way of coiling up a mic wire and Edmond ague with me that the way he do and the way i do is the same..... okay nvm i let him continue.....
than i teach them the correct way of throwing mic wire. For some big event they will throw the wire to save time.... so went the juniors are having their June holiday they can go out look for part time AVA crew so they need the basic of throwing wire in a correct way but also by protecting the wire itself BUT ivan stop me and ask me WHO SAY THAT THE WIRE CAN THROW and i really dunno how to answer him so i change topic i dun think they know how i feel cause they dun really like AVA this is what i see no offence.... and from what i see that the sec 1 juniors can be better than their seniors! they can do it if they got confidence!!! juniors that are in the control room just now RMB BE CONFIDENCE!!!
okay and i really feel very hard pain for act fierce to some lovely juniors like si min! SORRY!!!
for those juniors that are very keen in AVA i will give a personal tuition FREE!!! but u must book me ar! lol to some one i am not trying to be pro but just really want to share experience with juniors!
